CeRFI is strengthening its teams and recruiting an experienced IT support technician to intervene in a complex, demanding, and premium service-oriented professional environment.
IT Support Technician
Your mission
Working closely with users, you ensure quality support, through on-site proximity, with a strong sense of service and customer satisfaction.
You intervene on incidents, requests, and collaborative environments, in close connection with IT teams, in compliance with processes and service commitments.
Your responsibilities
User support (proximity / meetings / collaborative environments)
Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of incidents
Implementation of immediate workarounds and proactive reporting of risks
Ticket management and follow-up
Contribution to service quality and the professional image of IT support
Your profile
Confirmed experience in IT support
Excellent mastery of Windows, iOS, macOS, Microsoft 365, and collaborative tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Knowledge of meeting room environments (Logi, Poly, MTR, etc.)
Mastery of asset management tools (Intune, Workspace ONE) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
Very good communication skills, sense of service, and professional posture
Team spirit, rigor, organization, and priority management
Resilience, sense of responsibility, and follow-up
Fluent French and English
