Job description ######

Together with our head chef, you are responsible for the lunch business. Your tasks during the shift are as follows: - Mise en place work - Washing, preparing, peeling and cutting vegetables - Support with the lunch menu and buffet offering according to recipe - Food service - Keeping the washing area clean (surfaces, inox coverings, tiles, walls, cabinets, shelves) - Dishwashing (plates, glasses, cups & kitchenware including utensils) - Cleaning of the dishwashers (filter, sieve, rotors) at the end of the shift
