Responsibilities Welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness. Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs. Respond to guest requests and provide information on hotel services and local attractions. Ensure the management of telephone calls and emails. Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an optimal customer experience. Resolve any potential guest problems or complaints with efficiency and courtesy. Qualifications Holder of a CFC as a hospitality specialist or an equivalent Previous experience of at least one year in reception in the hotel sector. Excellent communication skills in French and English (mastery of other languages is an asset). Ability to work independently. Good mastery of IT tools and hotel management software.
