Chef de partie

The employer is looking for two:

Chef de partie - Seven Senses Beach Club e Restaurant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• organization of one's workstation
• production and control of mise en place
• maintenance and control of HACCP standards
• delicate processing of foodstuffs, respect for costs
• preparation and control of dishes
• receipt, control and storage of foodstuffs
• control of foodstuff quality
• correct and precise implementation of recipes and superiors' instructions
• independently taking care of daily cleaning and small maintenance work

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• if necessary, flexibility to work in other Seven Group locations
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• cat.B driver's license
• self-driven

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• employment from 30 - 100%
• employment immediately, fixed-term until 31.10.2026
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary based on the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
