As part of the reinforcement of our Food & Beverage organization, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and form a true duo with our currently in-post Restaurant Manager.

The two Restaurant Managers occupy the same hierarchical level, with the same responsibilities. Together, they provide the momentum for the restaurant, support the teams and guarantee the quality and consistency of the customer experience.

Our restaurant operates 7 days a week, from breakfast to dinner, which is 21 services per week. The duo organization allows for a managerial presence across all these services. It therefore requires excellent communication, mutual trust and permanent collaboration between the two Restaurant Managers.

Your main responsibilities

In close collaboration with your partner, your missions will notably include:

• Organizing, coordinating and supervising the floor teams and extras;
• Ensuring, with the other Restaurant Manager, managerial continuity over the 21 weekly services;
• Preparing and leading briefings and effectively transmitting information between the different services;
• Being present on the ground and participating actively in the services;
• Guaranteeing the quality of the welcome, service and customer experience;
• Ensuring compliance with and the evolution of the establishment's service standards;
• Training, supporting and developing employees;
• Developing fluid and constructive communication with your partner, the kitchen and other departments;
• Supervising mise en place, cleanliness, atmosphere and the proper upkeep of the restaurant;
• Participating actively in the development of sales and the satisfaction of our customers;
• Monitoring stocks, equipment and receipts and contributing to cost control;
• Participating, according to business needs, in banquets, events and other F&B activities.

These responsibilities are directly in line with the job description, which entrusts the Restaurant Manager with staff coordination, service quality and customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for employee training, stocks and the smooth running of the service.

The profile we are looking for

You have successful experience in catering, ideally in hotels, and have already held an operational management position.

You are above all a field manager: you like being present during services, supporting your team, leading by example and creating a positive dynamic.

But above all, you like working in a team. You know how to share information, make decisions in consultation, pass the baton and work with another manager without a logic of territory or competition.

We are looking for a personality capable of understanding that a high-performing managerial duo relies on trust, communication and the consistency of decisions made in front of the teams.

Organized, positive, reactive and endowed with a true sense of service, you also know how to maintain your composure during periods of high activity.

Mastery of French is indispensable and a good level of English is necessary given our international clientele.
