3-year apprenticeship

During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the various facets of the Contact Center and will also sometimes have insight into other areas.

These are your tasks

• You receive customer inquiries in the Contact Center and either process them yourself or forward them to the correct department
• You take responsibility for the resolution of various customer concerns
• You manage to keep a cool head even in difficult situations and can mediate factually even with customer complaints
• You find it easy to express yourself in foreign languages and to professionally receive the concern of your interlocutor
