What awaits you

• Technical responsibility for the foundation of our Workplace Platform and its continuous further development
• Consistently transfer Microsoft 365 and Endpoint configuration into Configuration as Code
• Build reproducible, testable, and versioned configurations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and IaC
• Develop tooling and automations that enable self-service and reduce manual work
• Together with IT Security, define technical standards for secure and simultaneously user-friendly workplace solutions
• Actively help shape the platform roadmap as well as drive standardization and the reduction of technical debt
• Establish Source Control, Code Reviews, and pipeline-based deployments as an integral part of the technical way of working
• Pass on know-how in the team through pairing and shadowing and technically empower colleagues
• Take responsibility in 3rd-level support and support 2nd-level support with complex issues

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Engineering with in-depth know-how in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
• Sound practice in Configuration as Code, especially with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in transferring classic click-based administration into reproducible and versioned configurations
• Confident handling of Source Control, Code Reviews, and pipeline-based deployment
• Good knowledge of Entra ID, Endpoint Security, and authorization models
• A pronounced understanding of automation, standardization, and sustainable platform solutions
• Product mindset and joy in continuously developing technical platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey knowledge understandably
• Joy in empowering others and driving technical standards together
