Bern, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Senior HR Consultant 80-100% (m/f/d) # Your tasks: ## • Consulting and supporting managers and employees of the headquarters in all personnel-relevant topics • Consulting our managers and HR officers at our locations on complex HR and labor law issues • Accompanying the entire Employee Life Cycle - from recruitment to exit • Independent management of demanding personnel cases • Conducting recruitment for specialist and management positions • Coaching and accompanying managers in leadership, conflict, and change situations • Participation in organizational development, restructuring, and change projects • Leading as well as participating in cross-departmental HR projects • Development, revision, and introduction of HR processes, guidelines, regulations, and standards • Participation in the continuous further development of our HR landscape as well as the digitalization of our HR processes • Close cooperation with Payroll, HR Support, Learning & Development, and other internal specialist departments • Participation in topics such as Talent Management, Performance Management, and succession planning • Ensuring professional, pragmatic, and solution-oriented HR consulting What characterizes you: ## • Completed basic training as well as completed further education at tertiary level in the field of Human Resources Management (e.g., CAS, MAS) • Several years of successful professional experience in a comparable Senior HR consulting function, ideally in the healthcare industry • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes • Experience in accompanying demanding personnel cases • Experience in leading or participating in HR projects • Enjoyment in questioning processes and developing them sustainably • High service orientation as well as pronounced consulting competence • Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working • High resilience as well as the ability to set priorities correctly even in a dynamic environment • Communicative personality with a convincing appearance • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in taking on responsibility • Proficient German in speaking and writing as well as ideally good knowledge of another national language What you can look forward to ## A varied and responsible function with great creative freedom awaits you.
