Tasks ###

• Processing of 1st & 2nd-level tickets regarding ERP, applications and interfaces
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions as well as development of workarounds
• Monitoring and analysis of errors and logs in ERP, integration and messaging processes
• Investigation of data flows between ERP and connected systems
• Support with EDI processes and communication with business partners
• Coordination and targeted escalation of complex technical problems to external ICT partners
• Documentation of solutions, error patterns and recurring problems
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base for 1st-level support
• Collaboration on ERP projects, changes and optimizations

Profile ###

• Training or further education in the field of informatics, business informatics or a comparable technical training
• Experience in 1st- and/or 2nd-level ICT support
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Interest and understanding of interfaces (APIs, Webservice, XML, etc.) and system integration
• Analytical and structured approach to troubleshooting
• Enjoyment in understanding technical contexts and resolving causes instead of just symptoms
• Good communication skills with users, specialist departments and ICT service providers
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
