To strengthen our Waldhaus team, we are looking for a committed personality for the Concierge area in a seasonal employment with the possibility of extension to the following season. Your tasks • Support of the Chef Concierge in the operational daily business as well as representation in his absence • Greeting of our guests and coordination of luggage and parking service • Operation of the telephone exchange and forwarding of telephone inquiries • Personal and telephone care of our guests from home and abroad • Individual guest care and advice on site with tips and recommendations for the stay in the region • Organization of transfers as well as ticket and restaurant reservations for our guests before, during and after their stay • Maintenance of an excellent network of local partners, service providers and performers • Professional handling of complaints and special guest situations • Support of our Front Office team to ensure a smooth process for our guests during arrival and departure Your profile • Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the area of Guest Relations, Concierge or Front Office, preferably in luxury hotels • Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners • Open personality and excellent communication skills • Organized, proactive and structured way of working with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness • Strong guest and service orientation as well as a high level of discretion • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing, further foreign languages an advantage Discover our benefits here.
