Join the team of l'Auberge Communale d'Eclépens as a Cook!
Our specialty: "love for our profession". A place where you feel good, like at home, where we offer a varied menu and seasonal cuisine whose flavors the Chef will let you discover.
Our establishment has a dining room that can accommodate up to 50 people as well as two rooms for your banquets that can accommodate up to 180 people.
We are closed on Sunday and Monday, which allows you to enjoy a balance between professional and personal life.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to the quality standards of the Auberge.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Participate in the development of seasonal menus and the promotion of local products.
Maintain a clean working environment and respect hygiene and safety standards.
Manage stocks and place necessary orders in collaboration with the Chef.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a similar establishment.
Passion for cooking and creativity in the development of dishes.
Ability to work in a team and to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Training in cooking or equivalent (CFC or other recognized diploma).
