Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do with us

• Primary technical contact point for our worldwide customers, representatives, and service technicians regarding malfunctions and technical questions
• Coordination and support in error analysis and sustainable error rectification
• Planning and organization of the assignments of our service technicians for repairs, service work, and commissioning
• Central interface function between customers, service technicians, branch offices, and internal specialist departments
• Ensuring complete technical clarification, documentation, as well as follow-up of service and quality cases (KVP)
• Technical and administrative review as well as completion of service orders

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electronics technician, or electrical fitter, ideally with further training as a technician HF or willingness to undergo further training
• Professional experience in technical service or customer service, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Willingness for technical leadership and coordination of service technicians
• High flexibility and resilience as well as a structured way of working even in demanding situations
• Team-oriented personality with pronounced communication strength and high customer orientation
• Confident communication in German and English, both spoken and written
