For our team at the Bassersdorf location, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a: Sous Chef (100%) What you will do: Support and deputy for the Head Chef in the daily tasks arising Co-management of the international kitchen team Preparation of food according to the recipe and specification of the respective airline Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area Ensuring timely and proper order execution Documentation of the cooked food according to HACCP guidelines (CCP 1&2) Working according to HACCP guidelines (hygiene regulations) Participation in internal inventories Participation in internal as well as external customer presentations Assessment of the quality of raw/semi-finished products Expansion of the area of responsibility possible depending on experience How you will succeed: Completed vocational training as / Cook EFZ or at least 5 years experience as / Cook Technical and professional experience from a production environment is an advantage Careful and cost-conscious handling of food Independent and clean way of working (working according to HACCP guidelines) Very good German skills as well as good English skills Team player, reliable, motivated Good time management Flexibility as well as willingness to work in shifts as well as overtime in the high season Good communication skills as well as openness to new things Prioritization Experience in the leadership of employees in an international environment How we convince you: Exciting and varied tasks in a multicultural and lively environment Low-cost parking possibilities (CHF 20.00/month) Discounted warm meals in our staff restaurant (CHF 4.50 per lunch) Good promotion opportunities within the gategroup and support for your professional and personal development Do you feel addressed by this description?
