The DTN-IA "workstation" team processes IT service requests from personnel and provides their equipment (PC, MAC, tablets, phones, fax, printers, etc.). It ensures their commissioning, renewal, and incident resolution. It contributes to the evolution of the workstation.

Within this team, you are responsible for the group in charge of the installation and troubleshooting of workstations. You supervise a team of about fifteen technicians providing level 2 support in the DTN-IA support chain.

In addition, you organize and prioritize your team's activities while ensuring compliance with schedules, quality, and the objectives set by the DTN-IA. You supervise the activity of your team's employees and are able to assist and advise them in the resolution of complex incidents and commissioning.

You develop and enrich working procedures and methods (KCS) in order to consolidate and share knowledge.

You create tools / scripts allowing to facilitate the diagnosis or troubleshooting of workstations.

You sponsor projects relating to the evolution of the workstation in collaboration with workstation engineering.

You produce the team's monitoring indicators and report to the workstation domain manager.

While managing daily operations, you anticipate the future by participating in technological monitoring in the field of workstations and by proposing technological evolutions.

You ensure that your team is up to date with its skills and identify training needs.

Finally, you represent your group within the institution. You work in close collaboration with other DTN-IA teams, particularly with the one in charge of workstation engineering.

You benefit from a university education in computer science (Master's) or an equivalent degree, ideally supplemented by management training such as a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies).

You rely on at least five years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired at a large account in an ITIL context.

You perfectly master the system aspects of Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS "client" environments is a plus.

Proven practice of configuration management tools, such as SCCM and Intune, is a plus for occupying this position.

Similarly, you are familiar with CMDB management, ideally with the ServiceNow application.

You can demonstrate theoretical and practical knowledge of Windows system administration and development (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, etc.).

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and listening skills. You have a sense of service, easy contact, and the ability to share your knowledge.

Your negotiation talents are recognized, as is your ability to unite and animate a team.

You know how to act calmly in exceptional situations. You know how to demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and precision.

You have a very good command of the French language, writing ease, and a capacity for synthesis. Understanding technical English is a plus.

You work office hours while being able to be required to perform night/weekend interventions and participate in an on-call service.
