To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a committed, communicative and service-oriented personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. You are the first point of contact for our customers as well as our points of sale and ensure a positive customer experience with your commitment. Whether by telephone or by e-mail: you answer questions competently, find solutions and provide support for technical and product-specific concerns regarding the diverse Swisslos world. Together with your team, you ensure that inquiries are processed reliably and in a customer-oriented manner. In doing so, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations and actively contribute to the high service quality of Swisslos. What you bring with you: Completed training as a Kauffrau/ EFZ or an equivalent training German as a native language as well as good Italian skills French and/or English skills are an advantage Enjoyment of direct customer contact and the solution-oriented processing of concerns Interest in lottery products, sports betting and digital developments Ability to convey complex topics understandably, friendly and professionally Good user knowledge in MS Office Team spirit, initiative and a reliable way of working What distinguishes you: You enjoy working with people, communicate openly and friendly and keep a cool head even with a high workload.
