As a Business Analyst with sound SAP HR experience, you will take on a key role as a link between the HR specialist department and IT. You will actively help shape the digitalization of our HR IT processes and manage the corresponding projects and Request for Changes from requirement definition to successful implementation. Your affinity and your understanding of technical contexts will help you to navigate a complex environment and optimally involve your stakeholders. The Abteilung Human Resources Aargau (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/ueber-uns/organisation/hr-aargau) develops foundations for the realization of a modern and socially responsible HR and wage policy for the employer Kanton Aargau. The focus is on the design of a modern working world as well as the further development of management instruments to support operational HR work in the departments, the State Chancellery and the courts of Kanton Aargau.
