Receptionist

Tasks:

• Check-in and Check-out of guests
• Creation of guest invoices
• Correspondence D/E/F, processing of written and telephone inquiries and reservations
• Creation of daily closures
• Orders
• Sales talks, service work

Requirements:

• Hotel industry training
• Professional experience
• friendly, confident demeanor
• guest-oriented way of thinking
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
• Team spirit, willingness to work
• Flexibility and resilience to work organized even in hectic situations.
• Good user knowledge in common EDV programs, hotel program

Languages:

• German as mother tongue, good oral and written knowledge of English / French and possibly Italian
