In order to strengthen our dynamic and rapidly expanding team, we are looking for, for an immediate start or as agreed, a motivated, organized, and customer service-oriented person for the position of: Inbound contact center agent (m/f/d) 80–100 % Languages: French / Italian Your profile: Completed commercial training or equivalent training. Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and ease with computer applications. Excellent command of French and Italian, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset. Experience in a contact center as well as an interest in the automotive sector are appreciated. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. Ease in telephone exchanges and a developed sense of service. Reliable, punctual, and courteous personality. Rigorous, efficient, and autonomous working method. Ability to manage periods of high activity with calmness and professionalism. Team spirit and sense of responsibility. Your missions: Reception and processing of inbound calls as part of the customer service. Management of requests related to vehicles and services in the automotive sector. Provision of general information and follow-up of customer files. Execution of various administrative tasks such as order processing, email management, and request follow-up.
