What you can achieve. • In this role, you bear the overall responsibility for the successful CRM transformation in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service and manage the program at the corporate level with high visibility towards top management and central decision-makers. • Together with stakeholders, you define project goals, procedures, and organization and align everything consistently with the target architecture. • You lead an interdisciplinary project team professionally and ensure through active stakeholder management that all relevant interest groups are involved and contribute to achieving the goals. • You actively manage risks, economic efficiency, and the Business Case and ensure transparency regarding progress and benefits. • For a scalable and production-ready solution, you ensure the necessary prerequisites – including the realization of efficiency and revenue potentials. • You lead the organization through the change, create acceptance for new ways of working, and enable managers and employees for the sustainable use of the CRM solution. • A structured handover to operations as well as the subsequent stabilization, governance, and further development of the CRM platform are also part of your area of responsibility and form the basis for sustainable operation.
