Your tasks:

• Ensuring efficient and timely deployment planning as well as high customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for the assigned dispatch region as well as cross-regional planning, exchange of information, and mutual support within the dispatch team
• Dispatching of service and repair assignments including daily and weekly planning, tour planning, and route optimization
• Short-term rescheduling in case of emergencies and breakdowns
• Operating the company's telephone and email center: Receiving customer inquiries and service orders via all customer channels as well as forwarding them to the responsible departments
• Recording and updating orders in SAP / SAP Field Service Management
• Master data maintenance in SAP
• Appointment scheduling and ongoing information to customers regarding order status
• Obtaining customer feedback
• Coordination and exchange of information with the service technicians
• Cooperation with the new devices department and the spare parts department

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable experience
• Experience in dispatch or customer service is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment of daily contact with customers
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
