Cook / Koch / (m/w)

We are looking for a chef with experience of catering for groups. The role would also suit an individual or professional cookery student who loves food.

What the job involves:

Prepare evening meals for groups from 20 to 150 according to a set menu.
Hands-on approach, working with team members, preparing, cooking, serving meals clearing and washing up.
Deliver the highest standard of food quality
Maintain the standards of cleanliness in accordance with Swiss hygiene rules

Ideally you have the following:
A passion for cooking
Previous experience in catering for large groups
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as unsupervised during busy times
Ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst remaining calm
Excellent time management skills.

Working hours:
Evenings no later than 21:00
Live-in accommodation is available
