To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person in the Administration area at Zurich Airport (Kloten) - ZRH. Your tasks ### Resource Planning & Forecasting • Development and maintenance of short- and medium-term personnel and equipment plans in accordance with business strategy and SLAs • Forecasting resource requirements and adjusting plans in the event of changes in volume, flight schedules and business requirements • Reviewing personnel levels taking into account qualification, training, absence and illness factors Duty Planning & Scheduling • Creation and maintenance of duty rosters for operational resources within the legal, contractual and operational framework conditions • Monitoring and reporting of deviations in resource requirements as well as corresponding adjustment of the duty rosters • Maximizing the effective utilization of available resources while simultaneously complying with the required service levels Process Improvement & Digital Tools • Identification of improvement opportunities in the planning processes, including personnel mix optimization and shift design • Use of optimization and AI-supported tools for scenario modeling, evaluation of trade-offs and support of planning decisions • Support in the introduction of new planning tools and working methods as well as supporting colleagues during the transition Analytics & Reporting • Maintenance of accurate KPI reporting and business metrics (volume, productivity, utilization, budget) • Use of data and analytical tools to create scenarios and decision bases for management • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in planning tools and reports Collaboration & Change Management • Close cooperation with the operational departments to understand resource requirements and ensure adequate coverage • Clear communication of planning decisions and changes as well as supporting colleagues through the transition • Building sustainable, trusting working relationships between operations and management Administration & Systems • Execution of SAP/ERP updates and associated administrative tasks • Analytical and planning contribution to the budgeting cycles • Support of business-critical projects locally as well as throughout the entire dnata network Your profile ### Experience & Knowledge • 2+ years of experience in resource planning, duty scheduling, personnel deployment planning or a related field • Understanding of productivity drivers in aviation or ground handling is an advantage • Experience with resource management systems is an advantage Process & Detail Orientation • High level of accuracy and a disciplined, structured approach in planning • Willingness to adhere to established rules and processes, while at the same time having an eye for improvement potential • Ability to keep the big picture in mind while managing details in everyday life Communication & Change Management • Patient, clear communication of planning decisions to different stakeholders • Confident handling of change processes and supporting colleagues with new workflows or tools • Team player with high cooperative ability, who builds trust between operations and management Analytical Mindset • Confident handling of data as well as openness towards analytics and AI-supported tools in everyday work • Ability to quickly grasp operational challenges and translate them into actionable plans • Independent way of working with high implementation orientation Languages • Very good German and English skills, oral and written Your Benefits and Application - YOU-culture & familiar atmosphere.
