Customer Service Manager

For our client - an established, modern family business in the Thun area that represents several strong automotive brands - I am looking for a motivated and customer-oriented personality to strengthen the customer service team.

Main tasks

• Appointment scheduling & order control: Arranging workshop appointments, planning, and targeted assignment of orders to the workshop team
• Process monitoring: Seamless tracking of orders until completion and quality control
• Customer consulting & aftersales: Competent technical support for customers, sale of additional services, and sustainable customer care
• Administration & billing: Active assistance with invoicing and ensuring smooth processes
• Interface work: Close exchange with internal departments as well as consistent compliance with quality standards and goals

Qualifications

Requirements

• Training: Technical basic training (e.g., automotive specialist/mechatronics technician) or commercial training – ideally supplemented with further training as a customer service advisor with a federal certificate of proficiency (or currently in training for this)
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive sector as well as sound routine in industry-specific billing processes
• Technical competence: Strong understanding at the interface of technical/commercial and proficient IT skills
• Personality: Customer-friendly appearance, high resilience in hectic situations, and strong orientation towards solutions
