• You have training in (system) gastronomy or related industries and bring a professional background in service. Initial understanding of numbers, networked thinking, and clear, respectful communication are your strengths.
• You have initial leadership experience and can motivate and develop a team.
• You are a true host and possess team spirit.
• You enjoy cross-departmental fields of work and feel comfortable in the kitchen, at the bar, and in service.
• You are ready to work on weekends, as well as shift work and until late evening.
• Commitment: You like to pitch in, take responsibility, and are a doer.
• 60-80% of your activity is in active operations, only 20% is administrative.
• Service orientation, guest satisfaction, and a system-compliant operational process are close to your heart.

Your tasks:

• You are co-responsible for happiness – and thus for the organization of the operational processes at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
• Together with the operations management, you lead the entire team, motivate your employees, create duty rosters for the kitchen, bar, and service areas, and provide regular training.
• You monitor important key figures such as productivity, personnel costs, and goods usage.
• Carrying out daily and monthly reconciliations as well as bank deposits are of course part of it.
• Additionally, you ensure that hygiene regulations and the occupational health and safety law are complied with at all times.
• In case of questions from guests and employees, you are the first point of contact.
