Co-Manager Head of Kitchen

For this new adventure, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and above all very operational Co-Manager Kitchen, ready to actively participate in the launch and development of this project. Alongside the Co-Manager Dining Room & Sales and the partners, you will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the kitchen: organization of production, product quality, team management, orders and stocks, compliance with HACCP standards and cost control. You will primarily be present on the ground, in the kitchen with your team, capable of setting the pace, anticipating volumes and guaranteeing rapid, consistent and high-quality production. We are looking for someone who: \- Possesses solid experience in professional cooking, ideally a minimum of 3 to 5 years \- Has already held a position of responsibility in a kitchen \- Masters Japanese cuisine \- Knows how to supervise, train and motivate a team \- Is organized, autonomous and comfortable in a high-volume environment \- Masters HACCP rules, orders, stocks and food cost monitoring \- Is creative, curious and loves to develop new ideas \- Is a Swiss national or holds a valid work permit in Switzerland.
