To strengthen our HR team in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Specialist as part of a succession. The HR team consists of 20 people in total, of whom 6 are specifically responsible for the Administration and Payroll areas.

Your Mission

You will take over the independent processing of payroll accounting and HR administration for around 300 internal employees. For this role, we are looking for a very structured and dynamic personality who combines deep payroll expertise with a proactive ("hands-on") HR administration.

Your Tasks

1. HR Administration

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Management of the entire personnel administration from A to Z – including creation of employment contracts, contract changes, processing of terminations as well as issuing employer certificates.
• Authorities & Reporting: Timely and correct processing of processes surrounding withholding tax, family allowances, pension fund (BVG), AHV/EO/APG as well as sickness and accident reports.

1. Payroll & Compliance

• Payroll Processing: Independent execution of the monthly payroll run for approx. 300 employees using Workday and Abacus.
• Data Maintenance: Recording and processing of all payroll-relevant changes (entries, salary adjustments, exits, variable salary components).
• Compliance: Ensuring full conformity with Swiss legal requirements, social insurance (AHV, BVG, UVG etc.) and the tax authorities.

1. HR Projects & Special Tasks

• Process & System Optimization: Active participation in key projects in the HR area (e.g. further development of Workday, E-Planning or introduction of digital salary statements).
• Fleet Management: Support and administration of the company car fleet.

Profile

• Expertise: You possess sound knowledge of Swiss payroll accounting and personnel administration – acquired through corresponding training or relevant professional experience.
• Affinity for Numbers & IT: You are numbers-oriented, experienced in using IT tools and ideally already have experience with Workday and Abacus.
• Way of Working: You work extraordinarily structured, exact, reliable and discreet. In addition, you are characterized by a high degree of independence and initiative.
• Languages: Fluent German is mandatory. Very good English skills (at least level B1) round off your profile.
• Enthusiasm for Sport: Of course, you yourself actively practice sport and share our passion for it!
