We are looking for our Data Engineer Your mission You are joining the new Data Architecture & IA team within the Data Office of tl. This team positions itself as the first link in the tl data value chain. Come and implement the foundations on which all the analytical and decisional uses of the company will rest! You take charge of the data from the moment it is available in its raw state in the data platform (raw layer). You design, develop, and maintain the transformation and structuring pipelines that make it reliable, consistent, and exploitable for analytical and decisional uses. You work in close collaboration with IT application specialists, Data Governance, and Data Scientists. Your scope extends to the analytical layers: you also wear an Analytics Engineer hat, modeling structured datasets and semantic layers intended for decisional uses (Tableau, advanced analyses). You are responsible for maintaining the data architecture as defined and evolving it in the interest of the company, by proposing improvements and anticipating future needs. You also [set] code standards and data engineering best practices within the Data Office. You play an evangelist role with the teams, promoting a culture of technical excellence and supporting the adoption of platform solutions. You contribute to data quality by implementing controls and monitoring mechanisms within the pipelines, in complementarity with data quality specialists.
