Job Description ##

• Receipt, recording, and processing of international customer orders via telephone, email, and the international ordering portal.
• Coordination of timely deliveries and invoicing.
• Monitoring of partial deliveries and inventory levels.
• Annual communication of price adjustments in cooperation with sales.
• Processing and independent resolution of customer inquiries.
• Recording and processing of logistical complaints and returns.
• Creation of new customer accounts as well as maintenance of customer data in the system.
• Management of shared email inboxes and coordination with internal contact persons.
• Support in bottleneck management on the customer side in close cooperation with sales.
• Coordination and ensuring timely product registration within Europe to support product launches.
• Demand Planning: Coordination with production planning regarding the demand of all local locations.
• Support with ad hoc tasks in finance and accounting.
• Support in Trade Marketing.
• Handling of all POS and marketing material orders in cooperation with the Brand Management team.
• Maintenance of digital marketing and Customer Relationship platforms.
• Close cooperation with other departments to promote efficient processes and a pragmatic working environment.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification.

At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in a dynamic SME environment.

Business fluent German and English skills; Spanish is an advantage.

Strong customer and service orientation.

Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Business Central or Navision is an advantage.

Experience in an international corporate environment.

Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
