Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 100-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead an 8-person team in personal, professional, and organizational terms and actively participate in the HR-Services management team • Be responsible for efficient control, continuous development, and quality assurance of the processes along the Employee Life Cycle and promote knowledge management within the team • Ensure customer-oriented, professional, and high-quality HR-Services for employees and managers • Help shape projects for the standardization and digitalization of HR processes <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Bachelor's degree - FH/Uni/ETH - in a relevant subject or comparable training and further education in the field of Human Resources • Extensive professional experience in Employee Life Cycle processes, ideally in an HR Service Center • Proven leadership experience with experience in project work and change processes • Good user knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors as well as proficient handling of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams • Cooperative personality with strong team orientation, high flexibility, and diplomatic negotiation skills • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language, passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage <br /> In a nutshell You will take over the leadership of the team <<Employee Life Cycle Processes>> and actively shape its further development.
