HR Service Partner

The Twerenbold Service AG is part of the Twerenbold group of companies. This includes 7 companies and employs around 800 employees. The Twerenbold Service AG provides important services for the companies of the Twerenbold Group in the areas of personnel, finance/accounting, IT as well as vehicle and building maintenance. For our 5-member HR team in Baden-Rütihof (AG), we are looking for an HR Service Partner (80–100%) immediately or by agreement. HR Service Partner (80-100%) Your tasks You will administratively manage the entire employee lifecycle. From creating employment contracts to changes and exits, and maintaining personnel files Support in carrying out monthly payroll runs including control and evaluation Processing of business cases for AHV/IV/EO/ALV, BVG, UVG, KTG as well as withholding tax, including support for year-end work Coordination and processing of international insurance issues (A1 certificates, EU/EFTA regulations, third countries) Administrative support for secondments, reporting obligations, and interface to authorities Review and correct assignment of social insurance liability for employees with activities in several countries Advising employees and managers on questions within the area of responsibility Participation in HR projects and support in organizing events Taking on additional administrative tasks to relieve the team What you bring Commercial basic training with further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate or in training) At least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll in Switzerland Knowledge of labor and social insurance law Experience with international social insurance, particularly EU/EFTA coordination, is desirable Practical experience in supporting secondments and international employees as well as understanding of multiple activities and their social insurance classification is an advantage Abacus user knowledge is a big plus Stylistically correct German, other languages an advantage High accuracy, discretion, and structured way of working Service-oriented, communicative personality What we offer you 6 weeks of vacation and various travel discounts A good pension fund (45% employee / 55% employer) with choice of plan You are privately insured with us in case of an accident Free parking, home office option (1 day) and flexible working hours (flextime) You have the opportunity to contribute your strengths and actively contribute to the success of our HR team We offer you attractive development and further training opportunities as well as the perspective of gradually taking on additional responsibilities and exciting tasks in the HR area An appreciative, open team with short decision-making paths Are you interested?
