Cook (m/f) 80% - 100% temporary from 01.12.2026

Tasks:

• Overall responsibility in the train kitchen
• Preparation of daily menus as well as à la carte dishes
• Preparation of mise-en-place
• Ordering process
• Implementation & monitoring of the hygiene concept

Requirements:

• Initial professional experience in the kitchen, gastronomy, or catering is an advantage
• Joy in preparing, plating, and serving food
• Careful, reliable, and hygiene-conscious way of working
• Experience in handling pre-produced or sous-vide components is an advantage
• Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality
• Well-groomed appearance as well as friendly and respectful manners
• Good German skills for daily communication in the team
• English skills are an advantage
