Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare - Retirement and Nursing Homes (80-100%)

Emeda is a mobile group practice and cares for patients in retirement and nursing homes. Our goal is to simplify the medical care of the residents.

Impact

In this newly created key position, you will actively help shape the growth of Emeda. You will accompany our customers - retirement and nursing homes - from onboarding to long-term customer loyalty and, as a central contact person, ensure successful cooperation.

Main tasks

• In this role, you accompany our new customers throughout the entire onboarding process until the successful integration of the service.
• As a central contact person, you maintain cooperation with the partner institutions and sustainably develop them through regular exchange.
• You work closely with home management, nursing staff, and the Emeda medical team to ensure a high-quality service.
• Through the clear communication of our processes and targeted support with organizational questions, you ensure an optimal flow of information.

Your skills and talents

• Business administration training/further education, ideally with additional medical/nursing training/further education.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, organizational knowledge in the environment of retirement and nursing facilities, Spitex, or medical practices is an advantage.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Confident and customer-oriented thinking, acting, and appearance.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with nursing and management staff.
• Readiness for regular customer visits in the supervised cantons.
