For one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow / Portail DI (f/m/d) responsible for evolving the digital tools and processes related to maintenance and infrastructure management activities.

Your mission

• Evolve and administer the intranet portal dedicated to work requests and troubleshooting, notably its ServiceNow back-office, its indicators, dashboards, and functionalities.
• Design, structure, and develop the catalogue of technical services, then support its provision on the extranet for external users.
• Analyze, formalize, and support the implementation of interfaces between the GMAO and various information systems, notably ERP, SCADA, BIM, SIG, and other business applications.
• Participate in projects to evolve maintenance tools, including migrations, version upgrades, analysis phases, design, user testing, documentation, and reporting.
• Support users in the adoption of maintenance tools through training, support, change management, and associated communication.

Your profile

• Confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years in Business Analysis, with mastery of elicitation, formalization, modeling of needs, and user support.
• Significant experience with a Service Management tool, ideally ServiceNow, as well as in the management or structuring of service catalogues.
• Good understanding of complex application environments, IT interfaces, and APIs; experience with a GMAO such as CARL Source is an asset.
• Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools, ideally SAP BusinessObjects WEBI and/or Power BI, as well as experience in project management.
• Ease in change management, communication with business and technical interlocutors, and working in an industrial, technical, or airport environment.
