What awaits you

• Travel booking and expense management
• Management of directors' calendars
• Drafting of meeting minutes and creation of presentations
• Creation of offers, opening and monitoring of Purchase Orders
• Planning and organization of meetings and committees
• Coordinate and monitor contracts with service providers
• Provide support in the monitoring of invoicing and ordering processes related to operations
• Administrative support within the framework of various projects
• Announcement of works and communications to users
• Contribute to the regular updating of dashboards and budgets

What you bring

• Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent
• Knowledge in the field of building technology and/or security installations would be a plus
• 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistance is a plus
• Proficiency in French level C1 min
• Proficiency in English level C1 min
• Knowledge of Italian would be an asset
• Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office)
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous person
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent presentation
