This is a versatile and varied activity in a historic establishment with an a la carte room 40/50 pax, village pub 35 pax, smoking lounge, and in the outdoor area a beer garden and dining garden 40/50 pax. Your task: To create, calculate and implement seasonal dishes for à la carte, daily menus and banquets. To run a station independently. To manage stock, maintain quality standards, implement the HACCP hygiene concept and personnel management.
