You think in terms of occupancy and availability: Thanks to your careful maintenance of our reservation plan and your proactive thinking, you help to optimally manage the occupancy of our house. You are number-oriented and strategic: Together with the Executive Assistant Manager and the Front Office Manager, you create forecasts and statistics – the basis for our daily planning. You are a data professional: You manage guest files conscientiously and up to date – data protection, structure and efficiency are not foreign concepts to you. You stay at the pulse of the systems: From the Channel Manager to the constant further development of our ISO standards and RIMS documents – you ensure smooth processes and bring in fresh impulses. This is you Professional background: You have completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector – ideally in upscale hospitality – and bring several years of experience. Sales talent: Your intuition for guests and your understanding of sales strategies make you a key figure in room sales. Languages are your strength: You communicate with style in German and English – French or Italian are an advantage. Structure & sovereignty: Whether under time pressure or in direct contact with international guests – you remain professional, focused and friendly.
