You will

• as the first contact person, competently advise our customers via telephone and video on the topics of numbers, saving, pension planning, and digital banking
• receive customers from our branches via video consultation and offer them a personal and professional advisory experience
• recognize the needs of our customers and recommend suitable products and services to them
• create trust with your empathetic, communicative, and open manner and thus contribute to high customer satisfaction.

You bring

• a completed basic vocational training in the service sector
• excellent oral German skills as well as conversational French skills
• joy in contact with people as well as in consulting and sales via telephone and video – ideally supplemented by initial professional experience in this area
• team spirit, openness to change, and the readiness to feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment with shift planning
• the ability to respond to the different needs of our customers and to maintain an overview even in demanding situations

What you should know

• The introduction lasts around 2-3 months on-site and takes place at a full-time workload (100%)
• On Mondays, due to the high volume of customers, continuous availability is required
• After the induction phase, the possibility of home office up to two days per week – depending on your working percentage
