For our TERTIANUM Residenz in Horgen, we are looking for someone, starting immediately or by arrangement, a Team Lead Reception and Administration / Vocational Trainer KV 90% (by arrangement) Your tasks • Personnel and professional leadership of the reception and administration team • Responsibility for the training and support of our KV apprentices as a vocational trainer • Operative and administrative support of the management in daily business • Responsibility for guest administration as well as competent advice for our guests and relatives • Contact person for internal guests, relatives, external visitors, and service providers • Responsibility for operating the telephone switchboard as well as the reception/front desk • Responsibility for the monthly closing as well as various administrative evaluations • Maintaining and managing guest and prospect data in the CRM and CMS systems • Co-responsibility in the planning, organization, and implementation of marketing measures as well as internal and external events • Co-responsibility for the occupancy and new rental of our residence apartments and care offers (active sales) • Participation in projects as well as continuous optimization of processes and workflows • Ensuring a professional service and service culture at the reception Your profile • Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, Hotelfachfrau/Hotelfachmann EFZ or comparable training • Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it • Several years of professional experience at the reception and in the administration of a service industry, preferably in the hotel industry, private clinic, or a private senior residence • Several years of leadership experience as well as joy in the development and promotion of employees and apprentices • Very good IT knowledge (MS Office, CRM, CMS as well as ideally SAP) • High service orientation as well as joy in dealing with guests, relatives, and employees • Organizational talent, independent way of working, and strong social competence • Willingness for occasional Saturday and holiday shifts/event planning • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good oral language skills in • French and/or English • A warm, humorous, and positive basic attitude What awaits you: • A versatile and responsible leadership function with room for creativity • The opportunity to actively help shape the development of our residence • An appreciative working environment with short decision-making paths • Close cooperation with the management and the department heads • Attractive employment conditions within the Tertianum Gruppe Why Tertianum?
