As the Digitalization and ICT department, we provide comprehensive IT & project services. Our employees advise, support, and accompany the specialist departments with the goal of ensuring a secure, efficient, and customer-oriented ICT operation.

Your Tasks
For the further development of our ICT Onsite Support Team, we are looking for a committed and experienced leader. Together with your team, you will ensure professional, customer-oriented on-site support for our users and contribute significantly to continuously developing the service quality and the perception of ICT in the hospital.

• Personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of the Onsite Support team
• Ensuring professional, customer-, and service-oriented on-site support for the clinical and administrative areas of Kantonsspital Aarau AG
• Coordination and prioritization of the Onsite Support Team's assignments as well as ensuring demand-oriented resource planning
• Ensuring high quality in incident, request, and escalation management within the area of responsibility
• Experience in the application of service management tools as well as in data-based control and continuous development of support processes using KPIs
• Close cooperation with the ICT Service Desk and the Infrastructure, Application Management, Medical Technology teams as well as other ICT specialist departments for the efficient processing of complex disturbances and service requests
• Promotion and further development of knowledge management as well as ensuring up-to-date and high-quality support documentation
• Participation in ICT projects as well as ensuring the operational introduction of new solutions and services

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience as well as enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Several years of professional experience in ICT support or the workplace environment, ideally in healthcare
• Further education in the field of informatics, service management, or leadership (HF/FH or comparable) is an advantage
• Very good knowledge in the field of workplace services, hardware and software, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, end devices, and peripherals
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of direct contact with users
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance towards specialist departments, medical staff, nursing, and management
• Strong teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
