Your mission:
Under the responsibility of the Project Management direction and in direct support to the RMO/AMO, you ensure the administrative and operational monitoring of real estate projects, with a high level of traceability, coordination, and documentary reliability.
Your main responsibilities:
Preparation and organization of meetings with authorities, contractors, partners, and future residents, taking minutes as needed, distribution of documents, and follow-up of actions;
Management of the payment voucher circuit related to construction credits (validation, signatures, bank, accounting), maintenance of follow-up lists, filing, and transmission of supporting documents;
Constitution, updating, and archiving of files; making documents and information available on collaborative platforms and managing the access necessary for the project;
Management of registrations and lists of future residents, communications related to project stages, logistical organization of meetings and events, notices, and distribution of information;
Application of the Codha procedure, requests for equity, attestations and certificates of social shares, monitoring of amounts received with the accounting department, compilation of files, and coordination of validations with the OCLPF until transmission for the establishment of leases;
Support in the preparation and monitoring of sales files, coordination with banks, notaries, architects, and acquirers, as well as support to the RMO/AMO for deeds, PPE documents, and individual choices;

Your profile:
Experience in a similar position, with practice in the administrative monitoring of complex real estate projects and coordination of multiple interlocutors;
Ability to simultaneously manage several files, deadlines, validation circuits, and interlocutors, with rigor and autonomy;
Ease in controlling files, monitoring tables, and managing financial documents;
Excellent command of written and spoken French, ability to write clear and precise minutes, letters, and communications;
Very good command of office and collaborative tools, knowledge of QUORUM constituting an important asset;
