Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media and data-driven campaigns? In this temporary role, you will actively help shape the online presence of our E-Mobility Services, develop creative campaigns, bring fresh content to our channels and ensure that our offers reach the right target groups. Important notes: Temporary employment from September 2026 to the end of May 2027 What you move Planning and conception of all online marketing and communication measures for the E-Mobility Services business unit in the B2C and B2B environment Responsibility for the implementation of online marketing measures on web, Migrol App, social media (organic and paid), SEA and other digital channels Creation, planning and optimization of content (image, text, video) for social media, blog posts and landing pages Further development and optimization of campaigns based on GA4 reportings, Google platforms, A/B testings and data-based analyses Responsibility for location platforms such as Uberall and Google My Business Profiles Assistance with community management Responsibility for the Migrol App as well as the Migrol Master Platform (MMP) What you bring Education: Eidg. Fachausweis Specialization: Marketing/Communication Professional experience: Several years of experience, at least 5 years marketing/online marketing Several years of experience in online marketing (B2C and ideally also B2B) as well as experience in campaign implementation on various digital channels Sound knowledge in performance marketing, SEA and social media Strong user skills in Canva, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Independent and responsible personality with a proactive approach Organized, structured and solution-oriented way of working Strong strengths in communication, cooperation and teamwork Analytical and conceptual skills (reading, interpreting data and translating it into concrete measures) German (C1) English (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Flexible place of work / Home Office: Possibility to work from home 1 to 2 days per week Fair wages: Standardized, gender-neutral and transparent wage model Mobility: Discount on fuel (Migrolcard), workshop products, car wash.
