Whether a traffic accident abroad, a complex liability case or cooperation with international partners - you keep an overview, make informed decisions and ensure that our customers are competently accompanied even in demanding situations. In our team of specialists, you take on responsibility in an international environment and bring your expertise to where it makes a difference. What you achieve ## • You process challenging motor vehicle damages with international reference independently and customer-oriented • You coordinate damage processing with international partners and ensure high settlement quality • You conduct telephone and written negotiations with claimants as well as partners in Germany and abroad • You examine liability and legal issues and process agreement and legal regress • You analyze damage cases, make informed decisions and actively bring your expertise to optimizations, quality measures and projects What you bring ## • Several years of experience in motor vehicle damage processing, ideally with international reference. • You have fluent German and French language skills in word and writing (mandatory); further language skills are a great plus • You ideally have the federal certificate of proficiency as an insurance specialist or a comparable further education • You communicate clearly, negotiation-securely and in a manner appropriate to the addressee • You work independently, structured and keep an overview even in demanding situations • You are an empathetic personality with high customer orientation and appreciate cooperation with internal as well as international partners • You contribute ideas and enjoy continuously developing processes and cooperation
