Chef de partie

To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for an experienced Chef(fe) de partie to join the kitchen teams and contribute to offering an excellence culinary experience to its clientele.

Responsibilities

• Within the brigade, you are responsible for your station and work autonomously in order to guarantee the smooth running of the service. In this capacity, your main missions are:
• Ensure the mise en place and carry out the necessary preparations before each service.
• Prepare and send dishes in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
• Master cookings, sauces, garnishes and the fundamental techniques of traditional French cuisine.
• Efficiently manage your station, including during high-traffic services.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency and presentation of preparations.
• Ensure the reception, control, storage and proper management of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized and functional workstation throughout the service.
• Rigorously apply HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with the chef and the entire brigade in order to ensure a fluid and efficient service.

Profile

• You have proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally acquired in a French brasserie or traditional catering. You possess excellent technical bases and are capable of managing your station with autonomy, organization and efficiency. You know how to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistency and quality, including during high-activity services. Professional, reactive and committed, you enjoy working in a brigade and attach real importance to team spirit.
