Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant Help in the preparation of raw materials for mise en place Assist cooks in the preparation of hot or cold dishes Respect hygiene and safety standards and procedures Ensure proper management of raw materials (no waste) Follow the procedures put in place (HACCP standards, machine cleaning, kitchen cleaning, FIFO, inventories, etc.) Do the dishwashing and cleaning of utensils, dishes, etc. Store dishes, plates, and other utensils in cupboards or other appropriate places Participate in the reception and storage of goods Manage small equipment Your profile: · +/- 2 years of experience · Mastery of spoken, read, and written French · Interpersonal skills and team spirit · Rigorous and methodical · Place of residence Lausanne or very close region (split shifts and no parking available) · Switzerland or work permit mandatory
