Project Manager HPC High Power Charging

Your area of responsibility ####

• Leadership and coordination of development projects for new products and systems in the areas of HPC (High Power Charging), MCS and cooling systems - with a clear focus on market needs and customer benefit
• Responsibility for technical implementation, scheduling and project cost control - always in line with strategic goals
• Steering product launches and coordinating with our international production sites
• Close coordination with product management, development, engineering, testing, and PQM, to design technical solutions in a market-oriented and customer-focused manner
• Coordination with purchasing, suppliers, partners and customers - including travel activity of approx. 20-%
• Ensuring compliance with the GMS/PEP development process as well as complete documentation in CIMdb (PLM/PDM system) and SAP
• Cooperation with external testing bodies (e.g. UL, Intertek) to fulfill international standards

Your profile ####

• You have a higher education (e.g. technical or economic studies HSG, FH, ETH) and bring industry experience in a technical environment
• You have several years of experience in leading development projects - whether through formal training or through practical leadership experience
• You are a strategically thinking personality who not only implements projects, but also develops products and systems in a market-oriented way
• You communicate and present confidently and convincingly in German and English
• You question the status quo, recognize potential for improvement and develop solution-oriented approaches
• You convince internal and external stakeholders through your empathy, clarity and healthy assertiveness
• You work in a structured, team-oriented manner and know how to inspire and engage others
