The Hôtel Royal Savoy & Spa is opening its doors to its future: CHEF(FE) DE RANG/BARMAN On an open-ended contract at 100% On a daily basis, you will be required to: • Perform a rigorous setup of the point of sale and your station • Perfectly know all menus and cards for each type of service • Welcome and advise our clientele in a warm and professional manner • Respect the requests and details desired by customers: be able to anticipate the needs and expectations of customers before they formulate them • Take orders and guarantee service quality • Apply LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) quality standards daily • Prepare drinks from the menu and participate in new cocktail creations • Manage billing and payment collection • Maintain workspaces clean and organized • Supervise and oversee the commis de rang And who are you? • You have experience in a service and bar position in a high-standing establishment • You are an EXPERT in service techniques • Attention to detail, organization, and versatility are innate in you • You have excellent interpersonal skills • You know how to perfectly master French and English, a third language is an asset • Working evenings is not a constraint for you at all Much more than a grandiose hotel, the Royal Savoy is a unique place, where luxury does not prevent simplicity and where enchantment is a promise.
