Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

About us & The position: For our client, a leading and established health insurance company in Basel, we are looking for motivated and competent personalities for customer service in the office, starting immediately or by arrangement. Duration of assignment: 80-100% from August 2026, initially fixed-term until December 2026 How you will contribute: \-Ensuring a positive customer experience on the telephone \-Telephone processing of customer inquiries regarding insurance questions \-Independent telephone and written specialist advice for our customers and partners (authorities, offices etc.) \-Creating offers for existing customers \-Maintaining customer data and performing mutations in our systems Qualifications What distinguishes you: \-You have successfully completed your basic commercial training. Initial experience in the health insurance industry is an advantage. \-You are prepared to successfully complete the VBV training with certificate upon your start of employment. \-You already bring experience in telephone customer contact. \-In addition to fluent German skills, you bring at least very good knowledge of Italian or French. Any additional language is a plus. \-Your customer-oriented actions distinguish you. \-You are IT affine and can operate several systems / programs simultaneously. \-You keep a cool head even in turbulent times.
