F&B Operations Manager # Company Description As part of the business development of one of our clients active in the commercial catering sector in the Arc lémanique region, we are currently mandated to recruit a charismatic, committed and results-oriented executive who will occupy the position of F&B Operations Manager (M/F) Job Description Reporting directly to management, your mission will be to lead and supervise several points of sale and dining areas by ensuring their operational, financial and human management. As the true guarantor of the quality of services as well as the customer experience, you will ensure compliance with budgetary, organizational and qualitative commitments while supporting your teams towards ambitious objectives, without compromising the quality of service. In close collaboration with site managers and operational teams, you will supervise daily activities, the application of internal standards and procedures as well as projects related to the development and optimization of operations. You will also participate in the analytical and financial monitoring of operations, the implementation of commercial actions and the development of initiatives aimed at strengthening performance and customer satisfaction. Close to the field and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you will know how to create a positive dynamic among your teams while maintaining quality relationships with your various interlocutors. Profile sought Holding a higher education degree in the hotel-catering professions, you benefit from confirmed experience of at least five years as an F&B Manager. You master the operational, human and financial challenges related to this type of multi-site environment. The local economic fabric is perfectly familiar to you, comfortable with results analysis, reporting and monitoring performance indicators. Endowed with natural leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to unite, structure and evolve teams with demand and benevolence. Organized, autonomous, flexible and field-oriented, you like to take on challenges and propose innovative solutions adapted to operational realities. You master the use of standard IT tools and are able to express yourself fluently in French; mastery of English is an asset. The function also requires holding a driver's license.
