Head Chef M/F Company Description Mandated by our client, a recognized player in mountain tourism, we are looking for their future: Head Chef (M/F) for a position of responsibility Job Description As Head Chef, you are responsible for managing and developing the culinary production of the restaurant, in close collaboration with the F&B management. A true driver of the kitchen, you ensure a quality, consistent and profitable offering, while ensuring an efficient organization of your team. You design an attractive and high-performing buffet, capable of meeting high attendance while guaranteeing a smooth experience for customers. You develop simple, gourmet and easily reproducible recipes, adapting menus to seasons, events, the calendar and weather conditions. On a daily basis, you ensure the management of orders, stocks, inventories as well as the control of goods. You are attentive to the control of food costs, the reduction of food waste and the optimization of recycling practices. As a local manager, you structure workstations, support your team and actively participate in production to guarantee the smooth running of operations, particularly during periods of high attendance. You are also present on the ground, both to support your employees and to maintain a quality relationship with the clientele. Finally, you ensure rigorous compliance with HACCP standards.
