You will accompany people on their way into the labor market and supervise and manage the programs behind them. Your area of responsibility: Overall administrative responsibility: registrations, offers, course management, invoices, certificates, reports, customer care at the reception Communication and exchange with referring agencies Case management for various vocational integration offers Regular exchange with teachers and the team Varied project work What you bring with you: Training or studies in the field of Social Work, KV, Public Administration or comparable experience in the administrative/social field Experience in educational administration (e.g., school secretariat, vocational school) or in the field of vocational integration and/or basic competencies Very good German skills (C2) Affinity for digital and process-oriented projects as well as New-Work-mentality: independent, flexible, willing to learn Structured, precise, resilient, strong communication skills and interculturally sensitive Place of residence in the Lucerne area What awaits you at SmartTalk: One home office day Free group courses Internal workshops and development opportunities within the organization In your cover letter, please answer the following three questions in 2–3 sentences each: 1.
